We've launched the second generation of the Tigon, featuring one of the most significant functionalities in the industry in recent years. It comes equipped with the exclusive Tanzi IntelliFlow electronic metering system, which allows for automatic sectional control in four zones to prevent overlapping. This unique technology in its segment will allow you to save thousands of euros on inputs per season.
The new Tigon Gen 2 also features an updated, robust, and heavy-duty chassis, enabling it to operate under the most demanding no-till conditions. It now includes a new 9-meter version, as well as an increased input capacity of an exceptional 6,000 liters and two compartments. A third compartment is available as an option if required.
The new radial tires, with their impressive 710/50 R30.5 size, reduce soil compaction, promoting root development and allowing for effortless operation in waterlogged soils. Uneven terrain won't be a problem either, as the 8- to 9-meter versions feature a flexible chassis, unique in their segment, ensuring perfect alignment on any type of ground.
In short, an unparalleled set of features to guarantee your success in no-till farming!

Equipped with the new generation of independent Tanzi IntelliFlow metering units, this seeder allows operation in four independent sections for automatic sectional shutoff to prevent overlapping, saving thousands of euros per season.
The Tanzi IntelliFlow metering system features more than six different metering rollers, enabling very low seeding rates for rapeseed, pasture, or microgranulated fertilizers. Naturally, it can also work with more standard rates for wheat or other seeds, and when it's time to reach the other extreme of extremely high fertilizer rates, the larger-volume metering roller allows you to easily exceed rates of up to 500 kg/ha. Sounds almost unbelievable, doesn't it?
Each metering unit is powered by a maintenance-free electric motor. This allows for precise control of the metering roller, with intuitive calibration adjustments made from the seed controller screen or via prescription maps.
Quick and Easy Adjustments
The IntelliFlow metering unit simplifies the operator's task at all times. The metering roller can be changed even with the machine loaded with inputs. Simply insert the locking guillotine to stop the input flow, and then, without tools, remove the cartridge containing the metering roller and install a different one.
Save thousands of euros per season!
We know that fields are not perfectly shaped, and when planting, there is always some overlap, resulting in double application of inputs in areas that have already been sown.
The amount of overlap varies depending on the irregularity of the field and the working width of the seeder. The more irregular the field and the wider the seeder, the greater the overlap.
This overlap can typically range from 2% to 15% in the case of an extremely irregular field with dense plant populations.
Here are various automatic sectional control systems on the market, although not all of them function correctly. Some inexpensive systems use valves to block the metering outlets and keep the metering unit running continuously. As a result, the inputs that would have been dispensed through the now-blocked outlets are instead dispensed through the other outlets. This is a deceptive approach because there is no saving of inputs; instead, the application rate to the other rows is increased, creating more problems than it solves. The system can even become blocked when, for example, more than 90% of the metering outlets are closed, forcing all the inputs to be dispensed through only a few. The cost-effectiveness of these valves simply doesn't work.
However, Tigon uses independent metering technology for each section. This system operates with four electronic metering units per product, each controlling a section of the seeder. The Tanzi NEXUS controller, using ISOBUS technology, determines when to turn the metering unit on and off to perform the sectional cutting function. Tanzi IntelliFlow is an advanced technology applied to medium-sized machine.

The independent furrow openers, combined with the FCS "Flow Change System" metering system, allow for multiple seeding configurations to suit your needs.
These openers bars can also operate independently; that is, lowering one opener bar allows seeding at 38.2 cm spacing, while lowering both openers bars allows planting at 19.1 cm spacing.
Tigon features two openers bars offset by 1.5 m each, enabling greater circulation of crop residue, which is essential when working with large volumes of stubble without clogging.
The larger versions feature a unique flexible chassis system
in their segment with +/- 7 degrees of movement,
allowing them to sow on undulating terrain,
always ensuring perfect alignment and planting across the entire width of the machine.

The Tigon Gen 2 boasts an impressive 6,000-liter capacity and two hoppers. These hoppers can be used interchangeably for seeds or fertilizers.
Furthermore, with the Tanzi IntelliFlow dosing system, both hoppers can be used for applying microgranules or fine seeds without requiring a separate, dedicated hopper.
The robust and reliable 18-inch, 7-degree tilting furrow opener performs under the most demanding no-till conditions, as well as in minimum tillage or conventional seeding.
The more than 350 mm of travel, combined with the constant pressure of the hydraulic preload system, allows you to maintain consistent depth and uniform emergence in virtually any field condition.
Long service life and minimal maintenance costs are made possible by its few moving parts. Furthermore, the single-point articulation design further reduces maintenance compared to furrow openers with parallelogram links.
Different types of leveling wheels or closing wheels are available to suit your preferences and needs.
One of the problems to solve in no-till farming is soil compaction. Because the soil isn't tilled, it compacts year after year, hindering root development and reducing water infiltration.
The Tigon Gen 2 incorporates large 710/50 R30.5 radial tires, designed to distribute weight much more evenly, thus reducing pressure on the soil. The result is healthier soil with improved structure and greater long-term productivity, in line with the principles of regenerative agriculture.
